TolumiDE Re-launches Herself with New Music, Website & Image.

Soulful Afro-Pop Singer/Songwriter TolumiDE has dropped another cool single from her musical stables. TolumiDE emerges with ‘For Me’, an easy listening soulful single that tells a ‘girl meets boy’ story, a dreamy expectation of a girl and her musings with lyrics that reflect the anticipation of finding that right partner with divine help. It is a song many women can relate to about the search for the ideal partner. It’s the new girl anthem for finding and looking forward to love.

TolumiDE is also excited to announce the launch of her brand new website www.TolumiDEmusic.com to showcase her work and her new image. Styled by Project Runways Season 3 contestant Johnathan Kayne, TolumiDE’s new campaign shots were orchestrated by International Public Relations firm, ICY Public Relations with lead photographer Melissa Hart-Cosper.


The new website provides the media and fans with a place to read, see and hear current news about TolumiDE, from her music videos; brand new editorial images; a blog/news page; and an events page to see performance images.

Lagos, Nigeria— Kaneka Corporation of Japan, maker of renowned hair fibre, Kanekalon, has signed an endorsement deal with Nollywood’s A-list actress, Stephanie Okereke, as its brand ambassador in Nigeria.


The endorsement will see the award winning actress promoting the company’s product and participating in the marketing campaigns which include Kanekalon’s Brand Building campaign, Kanekalon ‘Salon Storm’ Activation, Kanekalon ‘Night of a Thousand Braids’ event and other brand promotional activities.

Stephanie will be the major face of Kanekalon in Nigeria, visiting some selected salons (VIP Beauty Centre, Cynosures Salon, dsalon Downtown and Salon d’eve) in Lagos during the Kanekalon ‘Salon Storm’ project, towards educating consumers and hairstylists on the benefits of the brand. Stephanie has just concluded Kanekalon’s brand building television commercial that is engaging and effective, the 100% Kanekalon way with her hairstyles showing sophistication, class and glam on television screens. A-List Nollywood Actress, Stephanie Okereke’s tenacity, wit, intelligence, grace and natural acting abilities have earned her a reputation as Africa’s foremost actress, especially in Nollywood, now reputed to being the third largest film industry in the world.


Stephanie Okereke came into the Nollywood scene in 1997. After graduating from the University of Calabar, her thirst for an acting career propelled her into Nollywood full-time. New Kid on the Block-OMONAIJA MAGAZINE

Hello Icy readers. Happy Thursday. We wanted to share this with our fellow fashionistas and lifestyle wellness lovers: a profile of the new kid on the block. Over the holidays ICY was secured to help re-brand an online magazine. OMONAIJA MAGAZINE . The name Omo means – Child in the Yoruba language and Naija – means Nigeria (street slang abbreviation).

From the shoot set up to the updated logo and cover design, THE ICY TEAM worked hard with re-branding our design client to create a new look, and give a new representation of the OMONAIJA image.

Their current major focus is the campaign run for the current President of Nigeria Goodluck Jonathan. He is running for the 2011 presidential office in Nigeria and The United Nigeria Group is proudly endorsing him.
